    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to educate that Member. Parliament is a specific and independent institution. The Constitution says a one term of six years. Can you serve six years if you are a Member of Parliament? You cannot. So, let us not subject ourselves to other commissions and rules. Hon. Speaker, please advise our Members that we want Parliament to be independent and to operate within the law. And since we cannot serve for six years, you can serve two terms."
