"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. You have to change a little bit after campaigns. I rise to support this Motion on the Adoption of Sessional Paper No.3 of 2016 on the National Housing Policy. Houses in Nairobi have become very expensive. Majority of Kenyans cannot afford to buy houses right now. It is only good that as Members of Parliament we support the Government right now because it shows the intention of providing affordable, comfortable and decent houses to Kenyans. As you are aware, this sector has been left for a long time to the private sector. Some of the private sector players have taken advantage of this.
