    "content": "Looking at the projections and the statistics provided, the growth in the population is one aspect that must be matched with the projections for housing in the country. It is projected by statisticians that by 2030, the Kenyan population will be about 150 million. There was a projection from 1963 at the time of independence when we were at 5 million. It moved on. Right now, we are at 50 million. Those projections are reasonable. If we are serious about ensuring that our people benefit and grow, and are able to lead better lives, we must be able to match the growth of the population."
