    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Sessional Paper No. 3 of 2016 in regard to housing and urban development. This Sessional Paper is timely and we need to assess it and more so pray and believe that it will see the light of the day and gets implemented. Before I go to that one, I congratulate the Members who have been unanimously elected by us to join PSC and challenge them to be up to the task and make sure that all the interests and the welfare of Members is looked into. Because they are part of the same family, they know our problems and they need to address them quickly and expeditiously.
