    "content": "Therefore, it is prudent that we adopt this Sessional Paper which encompasses and incorporates the planning of housing in our republic and also sets standards which need to have health considerations. Sanitation should be properly addressed. More so, even accessibility should be factored in. We have incidents where fires have broken out and the fire engines cannot access the buildings because of the poor planning. We need to be able to access houses in our areas."
