I have about 10 minutes to reply, but with your permission, allow me to give, at least, one minute each to Hon. Mutemi, who was a Principal Secretary when we were building these Chambers; Hon. Bernard Shinali, Hon. Dido Rasso and Hon. George Kariuki, Member for Ndia. Members, you should understand that we are also limited with time. I cannot donate all the time and fail to reply.
