In support of this Motion, I would like to point out that one of the impediments to solving the housing problem in this country is the National Construction Authority (NCA). The amount of money NCA charges developers is too high and yet we do not know what they do with it. As we look at this Motion, I would like the Committee to get time and summon the NCA and get to know on what basis they charge what they charge and what they do with this money.
