    "content": "The challenges normally occur in the provision of materials. The alternative technology which we get in this country is still very expensive such that we cannot sort out our problem. The other problem is labour. The cost of labour is going up. The other problem is that we are not training our young people. As a country, we have unskilled people who execute problems. Before we embark on constructing these houses, we need to train our people, so that we can bring the cost of labour down.
