    "content": "Quite a number of Members, including the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing, have a share of what may need to be decided in this Sessional Paper. Housing is one of the departments in the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. I am sure the Chair of that Committee, together with the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands, need to work together to make sure that this works out for us. I was also happy when I heard the Member talking of a Bill that is about to be brought to this House about the land value index, which is very key in the actualisation of this Sessional Paper. I will request the Members, if they have time, to look at it, so that we can see how best that will work for us. Otherwise, as I reply, I want to request that the adoption of Sessional Paper No.3 of 2016 on the National Housing Policy is supported by all the Members."
