    "content": "The other thing I would like to mention is about numbering of roads. We have Category S and Category A roads. I suggest that Category S and Category A roads be made trunk roads. They should be dual carriageways to avoid heavy traffic. For instance, if you are travelling to Nakuru from Nairobi, it takes longer than expected because of the heavy traffic. It is a Category A road that should be turned into a dual carriageway."
