The primary objective of the Kenya Roads Bill, 2017, is to give effect to the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution in relation to the road sector. Infrastructure network plays a pivotal role in advancement of economies world over and Kenya is not an exception. The main objective of the Bill is to streamline for the better issues pertaining to the road sector."
