    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. However, I want to remind him that the bulk of needy students are mainly orphans who have performed very well and they deserve to go to boarding schools. They, however, end up in day schools. For instance, in Mutito Constituency which I represent, there are 17 day schools whose majority of students are orphans and their guardians cannot afford boarding schools. Those students will go home if the Ministry denies them this bursary. Could the Assistant Minister revise the guidelines as he has promised in this House to include the needy students and orphans who are in day schools to benefit from this kitty?"
