    "content": "Without losing my point, this Parliament is obligated to come… I am happy the Chairman of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee is here. We must come up with a mechanism to make the Judiciary of this country accountable to the people of Kenya. In every budget cycle, we give a lot of money as Parliament.
