    "content": "denied an opportunity to go to school. This is because if the child goes to a day school, the Government takes care of the full tuition fees. If the child goes to a boarding school, then he or she is given tuition fees plus a little of the boarding funds. I do not understand how my colleague can claim that access to education is being denied to Kenyan children while all that money is available."
