Could he direct that day secondary schools should pay a specific amount of school fees? This is because as soon as Free Secondary Education was brought in, some rogue heads of schools went ahead to raise the school fees to the extent that even after the Kshs10,265 was availed, poor parents were left with no option but to have their children drop out. Could the Assistant Minister direct the schools fees that they should charge uniformly across the country and ensure that they adhere to it?"
