Therefore, we are waiting for the Committee of the whole House so that we are able to incorporate the comments from Members of Parliament, which in my view have been very useful. This includes what Hon. Kibunguchy and others have said. If we had what the other committee in charge of roads in the last Parliament had, we would be much more informed than we are today. So, this Bill will cure some of the problems we have had in the past. There is KeRRA, KURA, and KeNHA that most people do not know about. We should use civic education to inform members of the public. I would like to tell the new Members that most of my colleagues who I thought were very good did not make it back because of the poor road infrastructure. People assume Members of Parliament are in charge of all the roads in the sub counties."
