    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first of all, I would like to tell the hon. Member the names of the four youth polytechnics that have received equipment. They are: Mang’u Youth Polytechnic, Kairi Youth Polytechnic, Gitwamba Youth Polytechnic and Bimbi Youth Polytechnic. The other two that are being rehabilitated are Gakoi Youth Polytechnic and Kamunyaka Youth Polytechnic. As I said, the work should start in the 2010/2011 Financial Year."
