    "content": "I also wanted to talk about equitable distribution of resources for road networks. It is important that all parts of the country benefit from that, like we are insisting on the NG-CDF. A flat rate for each constituency was set yet a constituency like mine with nine wards gets the same amount of money as a constituency with, say, three wards. I have more than 200 schools in my constituency yet I get the same amount of money as a constituency with 40 schools. That is very unfair."
