    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order No. 46(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Committee on Energy regarding the alleged discovery of gas in Kipeto Village, Keekonyokie ward in Kajiado West Constituency, Kajiado County. In the statement, the Chairperson should:- (1) State the type of gas that was discovered in Kipeto Village, Keekonyokie ward in Kajiado West Constituency, Kajiado County in 2017? (2) Explain the measures that the Government took upon the report being made of the discovery of the gas; and, (3) Table a report on the findings on the preliminary examination on the gas.
