One of the issues I would to urge them to look into is the issue of employment in the PSC. They should look into the issue of equality since we have different counties. Whenever people are employed to the PSC, some counties have never been given a chance. So, I would request them to give all Kenyans an opportunity in this institution and take all counties into account. For example, if Nairobi City County is given slots, they should give slots equally to other counties because all Kenyans need to be recognised and given an equal opportunity to serve.
