    "content": "Obviously, that Senator is very disadvantaged and he cannot perform the way a Member of the National Assembly is performing. That is why we hear Members saying that when they go out to the public, they feel very much demeaned because they cannot do what the other Members are doing. This is because you are using the same amount of facilitation to cover a wider area. So, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to join my colleagues in congratulating the Members who have been proposed to join the PSC. But let them go to that Commission knowing that, as a Senate, we need them to work more so that we can, at least, get commensurate facilitation with what we are doing. Otherwise, we will just be at the mercy of the National Assembly and what we will get will not be equal to what the Members of National Assembly get. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
