    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is one of the three international highways that connect Kenya to Uganda and Sudan through Busia and Mombasa. It has two major link roads. The first one is Majengo-Luanda and the other one is Kiboswa-Daraja Mbili which, as I speak now, is in a very bad shape. Although I am glad to hear that the World Bank will partner with the Ministry to rebuild the road, what steps has the Ministry taken to rehabilitate the link road between Kiboswa and Daraja Mbili as a matter of urgency?"
