    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with the Senate Minority Leader. Perhaps, this is something that we ought to discuss in the Senate Business Committee (SBC). Although it is possible that we are trying to generate work on the Floor of the House, it is important that we do not ignore the public. When Bills are completed and before Division and the Mover being called to reply, you should either give a committee a week or less to give a report, so that when the Mover is making their reply, they can reply to the contributions of the Senators and those who come to give their views.
