    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice in support of the Sessional Paper No. 2 of 2016 on the National Slum Upgrading and Prevention Policy. Slums have become an eyesore because of lack of planning and movement of people into cities.
