    "content": "They do. That is why I have said they are surgeons on the gynaecologist and obstetrics side. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to support this Procedural Motion which was moved by the Leader of the Majority Party. From the Order Paper, we have many public officers and State officers who are going to be approved. By limiting time we would be able to cover that. It will be limited to one hour and you have 15 minutes for the Mover, five minutes for reply, five minutes for the other speakers including the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party, who, I think will assist us to expedite the approval for these State officers so that they can begin their work with immediate effect. So, I second this Motion."
