    "content": "In conclusion, the Committee having considered the suitability, capacity and integrity of the nominees, and pursuant to Article 155 of the Constitution and Section 8 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act No.33 of 2011, recommends that the National Assembly approves the nomination and subsequent appointment of Dr. Julius Monzi Muia to the position of PS, State Department in the Ministry of National Treasury and Planning and Mr. Nelson Sospeter Marwa to the position of PS, State Department for Devolution, Ministry of Devolution and Arid and Semi-Arid Areas."
