    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the report which I have just tabled here had four options which were given as options for the Ministry to consider. Of these options, one of them was to establish a regulatory authority which they thought was the best option as far as the task force was concerned. However, establishment of a new regulatory authority will involve expenses which in the view of the Ministry at the moment, is not viable. It is, therefore, a decision of the Ministry that we shall urge the regulatory authority to introduce regulations which will make it tighter for those who are retaining unclaimed assets and reverting them back as their own assets and distributing them to their shareholders as their profit. That is the option we have."
