"content": " Hon Senators, I wish to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon of a delegation of hon. Members from the Mandera County Assembly Service Board. The hon. Members are visiting the Senate to benchmark on the operations of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC), the Parliamentary Car Loan and Mortgage Scheme Fund and the County/Constituency offices.
