Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Mandera CASB has a big job to ensure that the county assembly is strengthened to perform its role of oversight of the county government. We were here in the last term and stood firm with the county assemblies to ensure that they got adequate resources for the oversight responsibility and we will continue to do so."
