    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me remind the Hon. Senator from Kiambu that I was in the 10th Parliament when he was not even known to be anywhere. When he talks about Standing Orders I truly understand what they are all about. I seek your indulgence on this Statement so that the Leader of Majority can go back and refer this matter to the Standing Committee on National security, Defense and Foreign Relations for investigation. Since, the way he read those names, truly if you want to heal this nation, they cannot come back here and be read the same way.
