    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. As a supplementary question to the Committee on Roads and Transport, I have not heard him mention anything about the road design. I know quite a number of Senators who use that road and some of our people have perished there. We laud the President for withdrawing the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) officials from the roads. Finally, since I come from a community where we believe in extra powerful powers, could the Committee allow us to do some atonement at the black spot so that we can save Kenyans’ lives?"
