    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one person who still is a bodyguard attached to me, but is under suspension, is facing some criminal charge for attempting to get money for an exemption he obtained for one vehicle, which he claimed was for his friend. Maybe, I should explain. This person, who was attached to me, came to me requesting for exemption for that one vehicle which he claimed belonged to his friend. Initially, I declined to give him the exemption. He came again saying: “Please, assist me with this one vehicle. It belongs to my friend.“"
