    "content": "(f) THAT, every sub county qualifies to be allocated equal number of opportunities in such recruitment exercise; (g) THAT, the issues in respect of which this Petition is made are not pending before any court of law, constitutional or legal body. Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations: (i) Recommends immediate investigations into the allegations and intervenes to have this matter resolved; (ii) Recommends that every constituency be allocated equal share of employment opportunities during the Kenya Defence Forces recruitment drive; and (iii) Makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the matter.
