    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the memorandum did not take the form of a sworn affidavit as required under Section 6 (9) of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act 2011. Indeed, the decision of the Committee on the memorandum is similar to the decision you took yesterday when you were presented with a defective petition for removal of the Chief Justice and the members of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). On Thursday 22nd February 2018, the Committee held a meeting to consider and approve the Report on vetting. The Committee, having considered the curriculum vitae (CV) of the nominee, and having heard his oral submissions during the vetting exercise, at the sitting held on Wednesday, 21st February 2018, made the following observations:"
