    "content": "I want to urge the Committee that when the National Treasury brings the Estimates, there should be a memorandum following those Estimates stipulating the issues that have been raised by the Committee and Members of this House, and whether they have adhered to them, and give reasons for the ones that they could not adhere to. The Standing Orders say that the National Treasury should provide a list of all projects that they intend to do. When I checked the Budget Policy Statement, there was no single mention of any project that they intend to do. That is an omission of the law. We must hold the National Treasury accountable against the Standing Order which says that it should provide a list of projects that it intends to do."
