I would have stood on a point of information, and he would decide whether he wants me to inform him or not. My point of order is simple. Facts are very stubborn. The Leader of the Minority Party, with all due respect to him as a good accountant, knows for a fact that the syndicated loans that are being retired, whatever amount they are, are syndicated loans that went to Development Expenditure. Therefore, he is completely out of order to claim or allege that the syndicated loans being retired have not been used for Development Expenditure. Therefore, it is only right that when we make allegations we also substantiate."
