    "content": "I still want to comment further that this borrowing is not unique to Kenya alone. All the nations in the world are borrowing, whether internationally or even from their domestic markets. Our borrowing at the moment is slightly above 50 per cent of our GDP which is still very good and comparable to other countries. The borrowing of the United States of America is more than 100 per cent of their GDP. The borrowing in Japan equally is more than its GDP. Other countries, including the United Kingdom, take in massive borrowing, so that they can invest in infrastructure."
