    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, last week I rose on a point of order to request the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to give a Ministerial Statement of a very crucial matter. That is, the invasion of public land; the Kabete Veterinary Laboratory land, which has been grabbed by the who is who in this Republic. The Minister requested for an extra week to bring the Statement. That extra week ends today. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not see the Minister here but I can see the Minister for Lands whom after consultations we agreed he would do something to restore the ownership of the land back to the rightful owners so that the members of the club and others can use it."
