As my friend said, Article 237 of the Constitution says that TSC cannot employ untrained teachers. How do we debate here and say that we are urging the TSC to employ untrained teachers unless you are talking of constitutional amendments. The Mover of this Motion is a stakeholder in this. We can meet as stakeholders and agree on a most suitable way to save lives and the future of our children."
