    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. With tremendous respect to the Chair, this is a House of records. Everything that is said on the Floor of this House is recorded. Therefore, in the absence of that statement either being withdrawn or the Chair giving directions for clarification or substantiation, it becomes the House record. It is my concern that a lot of statements have been made from the other side, including the one made by the Senate Minority Leader when he was speaking about the previous issue. When these statements, which are misleading, are left that way, they become the record of the House. How are we going to correct them? Most of the claims made by the Senate Minority Leader are matters before court and in the public domain. That was followed by what has been said by Sen. Orengo. It is clear---"
