    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This House should not be seen to be working in vain. That is because we are representing the poor Kenyans and people who need the protection of the Government. Here, it is the Government which is failing to protect its own people. As I said earlier, there are three Kenyans who are languishing in remand prison out of that action and the Government is supposed to do something to remove them. Could you not only reprimand them, but this House directs the Government to release those Kenyans who are languishing in jail because it is not able to answer anything?"
