    "content": "Committee is already dealing with or the Committee is well aware of. The issue of getting responses from the Cabinet is just in the case that the information is not in the Committee or it is something that has just happened. However, the first place where we look for those answers must be within the Committee. This is not a parliamentary system. We are in a presidential system, so the answers are from within Parliament."
