    "content": "I just have two points. I will avoid all matters that are being contested in court. I will only touch on one. Point No. 1 is a very straightforward and harmless statement from the Chairperson. According to the Government records, Joshua Miguna Miguna was born on 31st December, 1962 in Nyando, present day Kisumu County, thus he becomes a citizen by birth.
