"content": " Mr. Speaker Sir, indeed, I did mention the name of my very good friend, hon. Amos Kimunya, in reference to his discharge of duties as the Minister for Finance at the time he was. For the same reasons that I have indicated that my financial and economic advisor is unavailable to give me the dossier that he keeps custody of for me; I equally, and with a lot of respect to my friend hon. Kimunya with whom we have a lot of things in common, withdraw and apologize to him until such a time as I will be able to bring the dossier. The withdrawal now is unconditional to him.
