    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to move the debate on the findings of the investigations by the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives over the alleged mismanagement of Funds and finance at Harambee SACCO Society Limited following your directions on Tuesday, 31st August, 2010, after a debate on a Question raised on this matter in this House. As we are all aware, on 31st August, the House debated a response by the Attorney-General to a Question raised hon. Ms. Karua, relating to the mismanagement of funds by the Central Management Committee (CMC) of Harambee SACCO Society Limited."
