However, we established a tradition or practice, as has been stated by the Senator for Makueni County, that a Statement is only issued when the Senator who requested the Statement is present. That has been the practice, unless for the reasons that have been advanced by the Senator for Makueni County. Otherwise, we should not deviate from that practice."
