    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am aware of that. However, if Methane is mixed with water or any other drinking substances, it becomes toxic. Therefore, it is important that we safeguard people from any of these gaseous elements. It is important that we also take care of these things. Methane is just a chain reaction from methyl hydride to Methane gas to when it becomes carboxylated to become a weak or simple acid. Therefore, I just want to know, because it is important information. This is a technical subject and the public should be guarded against these elements and the side effects that may arise out of this technical subject. It is a good thing if it is commercially viable, but at the end of the day, how do we ensure that the population around that area – where they are still hoping that they will get this gas – are protected from the untoward effects that may arise in these places?"
