"content": "Another schedule shows month to month disbursement to counties starting from July 2017 to 6th March, 2018 which again shows the total of Ksh134,128,658,338 and the total for each county. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir we met the Cabinet Secretary (CS) Treasury and asked the reasons for delayed disbursement to the counties. He has given several of them.
