    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not know why the Senator for Kiambu wants to derail me. Chinua Achebe, in his book Things fall apart, says that ‘when old bones are mentioned in a proverb it is the old woman who gets uneasy.’ The Senator challenging me represents one of those counties which have received 60 per cent of the allocation. My county has received only 33 per cent. He is, therefore, the wrong person to raise this issue. It is important that the report is given to members so they can look at it in entirety.
