    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order 46 (2) (b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation on the benefits of the Standard Gauge Railway. In the Statement the Chairperson should:- (1) State the volume or numbers of persons who have used the Standard Gauge Railway since its inception. (2) Table statistics on the volume of cargo that has been transferred by the Standard Gauge Railway since its inception.
